One Earth and the Issue of Overshoot
This interview was recorded during the Confederated Salish and Kootenai Tribes 2023 Earth Day Celebration at the Salish Kootenai College in partnership with Stories for Action.
“People were born lost... If you are born lost, you don’t even know what ‘unlost’ is. You can watch the animals. You can watch the birds and the fish and realize deep within that there is another way to live and then ask the questions: Why aren’t humans living like those guys? Like the other peoples; the other peoples that scientists of this world call species.”
